A network, not a program.
Allay is a project matching network. On one side are high-achieving students, most of them at leading international and American high schools. On the other are startup founders, researchers, and leaders of selective university organizations who need capable hands. We make the match, then support the work until it stands on its own.
Talent is evenly distributed. Access to real work is not.
Allay exists to close that gap. We connect ambitious students with founders, researchers, and student leaders who need capable contributors, and we stay close to both sides until the work succeeds.
We believe students grow fastest when something real depends on them. We believe prestige is real currency, and the surest way to earn it is contribution inside organizations that already carry it. The strongest applications are true stories about work that mattered.
We find the work, make the match, and support it from the first call to the final deliverable. The result is a student who can walk into any room and talk about something real.
Students on one side, real projects on the other.
The model is a loop. We bring in students and projects, match them carefully, support the work, and let good outcomes bring in the next wave of both.

Every placement is supported by Allay.
Students receive guidance before placement, during the experience, and throughout the relationship. Allay is not a marketplace where a match is made and forgotten. An advisor stays responsible for every placement.
One company. The placement is the product.
The core of Allay is matching students to substantive work. Allay Advisory is our guidance layer within it, for students who want additional direction: choosing a track, admissions strategy, essay and application review, and test preparation.
Advisory is there when you want a sharper edge: a clearer track, a tighter application, a stronger story. The placement network works the same either way.
Fellows stay connected to the network year round.
